• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, medical office management, or related field is preferred.
• Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification is advantageous.
• Valid driver\'s license.
• Sound knowledge of medical terminology and legislation.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Presenting and demonstrating how medical products work to doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff
• Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes doctors, biomedical, nurses, and other health care professionals.
• Building long-term relationships with clients and healthcare institutions
• Identifying customers\' needs and recommending company products that best fulfill those needs.
• Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
• Maintaining detailed knowledge about the healthcare industry, competitors, and products
• Meeting sales targets set by the company and aim to exceed them
• Arranging conferences and group events for medical professionals.
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and training to promote products and services
• Researching competitors\' products, pricing, and market success.
• Keeping detailed records of all contacts and meeting outcomes
• Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to management.
