Role Description This is a full-time on-site and field work role for a Sales Executive at KM Vet Pharm Sdn Bhd located in Batu Caves. The Sales Executive will be responsible for the following: 1. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment for KM Vet Pharm products/services. 2. To promote and sell products to target customers such as vets, farmers, breeders, pet shop and pet owners. 3. To manage overall sales activities and able to met sales collections target. 4. Coordinates sales effort with Customers Service, Purchasing, Logistics and Technical service groups. 5. Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and delivering products/ services. 6. Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints. 7. Analyzes the territory/market\'s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers\' value to the organization. Qualifications Experience in sales, preferably in the veterinary or animal healthcare industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Strong organizational and time-management skills Flexibility to travel locally as needed Knowledge of veterinary products, services, and solutions is a plus Bilingual in English and Bahasa Malaysia Others Basic salary (up to RM 2,500) Salary+ Commission (more than RM 5,000) 5 days a week Staff price
