Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and generate new sales opportunities while maintaining existing clients. 2. Conduct plant visits and make cold calls to potential clients to increase sales. 3. Execute brand plan and trade strategy within defined accounts. 4. Achieve sales, profit, and distribution targets and objectives within the assigned account portfolio. 5. Execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets set by the company. 6. Participate in and support teamwork activities to achieve marketing goals. Requirements: - 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmacy and clinic industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation skills and ability to persuade customers. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. - Must be self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player.
