The incumbent will be implementing strategic development and medical nutritional initiatives. It is pivotal to ensure that the company\'s medical and scientific expertise are effectively communicated and applied within the key healthcare stakeholders. Collaboration with the medical experts, medical and nutritional science teams are crucial to maintain local alignments and impact.

• Offer strategic medical insights in the preparation of local plans, and then oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the efficacy of medical initiatives at the local and regional level.
• Conveying an in-depth understanding of nutritional data within the context of patient care to establish an evidence-based comprehension of the scientific foundation.
• Establish the business credibility as an authority in science and nutrition among healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs) by using science-based communication, medical channel activities, digital engagement, and research to enhance business\'s credibility.
• Expand connections and forge partnerships with influential figures in the medical, policy, and decision-making realms, including KOLs, as part of our efforts to shape the market and bolster the business\'s credibility.
• Enhance the company\'s knowledge base by collaborating with experts in the Pediatric, Nutrition, and Growth fields. Effectively present the business\'s perspective, delivering proactive and impactful internal and external communications to establish the business as thought leaders in the industry.
• Converting leads into projects with well-defined project plans and budgets, considering return on investment (ROI).
• Establishing and upholding medical credibility and value through strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals, decision-making units, key customers, and stakeholders to foster sustainable growth.

• Study background: Bachelor\'s degree, PhD, MSc, or equivalent, and/or a healthcare provision qualification or higher in Medical, Nutrition & Dietetics, Food Science or any related fields.
• Minimum three years of experience in roles involving pharmaceutical, nursing, nutrition.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the field of nutritional products is crucial. Well-versed in the laws and regulations governing the development, marketing, and distribution of nutritional products.
• Strong stakeholder and HCP (Healthcare Professionals) management, with proficiency in scientific communication and presentation tailored for diverse audiences.
