SUMMARY:
Policy registration, Data Processing, Produce report of new registration, termination.
KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Registering policy into inhouse system by creating functional plan codes with annual limit, schedule of benefits, MCO fee, special notes, update of plan's indicator & etcs.
Processing member data by using MS Excel and inhouse system which inclusive of registration of new members, termination of existing members, adjustment on member details (name, ic, DOB, plan, etc).
Produce daily tracking report (endorsement) for SE / AM / M.
Liaising with internal & external parties including but not limited to data queries, policy coverage, membership setup.
Attending to internal & external emails including but not limited to data queries, policy coverage, membership setup.
Daily administrative tasks of the department
Any other tasks to be assigned by the superior.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Diploma, Degree, fresh graduate encourage to apply
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Strong data management and analytical skills
Good command in English both written or oral
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
