Position Overview
As an MEP Design Engineer, you will lead and execute the full-cycle design of mechanical, air-conditioning, and fire services systems, primarily for Hong Kong projects. You'll collaborate closely with consultants, clients, and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of high-performance, sustainable systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and coordinate
MEP systems
, focusing on mechanical, HVAC, and fire protection.
Develop schematic designs, detailed layouts, and construction reviews.
Prepare design documentation, tender drawings, and cost estimates.
Conduct technical analysis and design optimization for quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with project stakeholders and ensure compliance with standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in MEP / HVAC / Fire Services system design.
Knowledge of heat load calculations, VRV/VRF systems, PAU, AHU, and chilled water systems.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Familiar with international design and pre-construction standards.
Able to read/write Chinese; Cantonese-speaking preferred.
Strong in communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
