About Our Client

Our client is a high-tech engineering consultancy founded in 2015, offering multidisciplinary consulting services in architecture, E&M, fire engineering, building performance, and on-site testing. Equipped with advanced CAD, drafting, and analysis tools, they deliver innovative engineering solutions for projects across regions -- recognized for their quality, innovation, and professionalism.

Job Scope:

Lead and support the design and coordination of MEP systems, focusing on mechanical, HVAC, and fire protection services. Develop schematic designs, detailed layouts, and review construction drawings. Prepare technical documentation, tender drawings, and cost estimates. Conduct design analysis and propose optimization for quality, performance, and efficiency. Collaborate with consultants, clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline. 1-2 years of experience in MEP, HVAC, or Fire Services system design. Sound knowledge of heat load calculations, VRV/VRF systems, PAU, AHU, and chilled water systems. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications. Familiar with international design and pre-construction standards. Able to read and write Chinese; Cantonese-speaking preferred. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
