About Our Client

Our client is a high-tech engineering consultancy founded in 2015, offering multidisciplinary consulting services in architecture, E&M, fire engineering, building performance, and on-site testing. Equipped with advanced CAD, drafting, and analysis tools, they deliver innovative engineering solutions for projects across regions -- recognized for their quality, innovation, and professionalism.

Job Scope

Lead the design, coordination, and execution of mechanical, HVAC, and fire services systems for projects across Hong Kong. Prepare and review engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, clients, and authorities to resolve design and site-related issues. Conduct design optimization and cost evaluations to ensure efficiency and quality in all project stages. Provide technical support during tender, construction, and inspection stages.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in MEP system design (mechanical, HVAC, or fire services). Strong technical knowledge in:
- Heat load calculations and HVAC design

- Split unit, VRV/VRF, chiller, and chilled water systems

- PAU and AHU configurations

Familiar with international design, inspection, and pre-construction standards. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Able to read and write Chinese; Cantonese preferred. Responsible, proactive, and strong in communication and coordination.
