Job Description

1.Project planning & management: manage and oversee all aspects of Mechanical & Electrical projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, on quality and on budget.

2.Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure efficient collaboration.

3.Provide guidance and support to the project team, and solve M&E issues when they arise.

4.Procure materials and equipment necessary for project execution, liaise with suppliers and suppliers to ensure compliance with technical and quality standards.

5.Control and monitor the construction quality, ensure that all engineering activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

6.Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project delivery and resolve conflicts effectively.

Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines, and report regularly to stakeholders on project status.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
