Job Description

• Candidate should have at least 1-2 years related working experience in Interior Quantity Surveying.

• You'll be responsible for the financial aspects of fast track Interior Fit-Out Project, working closely with Project Director, Construction Manager, Commercial lead, Procurement Manager, clients and consultants.
• Pre-tender / pre-contract submissions and documentation.
• Attend if necessary, chair meetings with the client, consultant, QS, architect, supplier and sub-contractor.
• Budget control, preparation of progress claims, VO, VE and additional works quotation, finalization of accounts for Clients as well as contractors.
• To build up a strong and diverse database of trade contractors and suppliers and to maintain a healthy rewarding relationship with them.
• Source and identify potential sub-contractor / supplier based on project requirement.
• Preserving strict confidentiality pertaining to the details of all prospective, ongoing and completed projects of the Company, especially regarding margins and tendered rates.
