Job Description

The Sales Cum Merchandiser is responsible for replenishment of stocks in the retail outlet and build good working relationship with stores personnel in assigned retail outlets. Role/Responsibility \xc2\xb7 Daily visit to the retail outlets in an assigned area and ensure all our products, especially core SKUs are well merchandised with adequate level of stocks on display. \xc2\xb7 Liaise and co-ordinate with internal staff on ordering of product. \xc2\xb7 Submitting of daily/weekly/monthly reports. \xc2\xb7 Ensure prompt set up of promo display, update of all POS materials and pricing display at the right place and right promo window. \xc2\xb7 Ensure product cleanliness and check on damaged and expired stocks regularly to minimize trade returns. \xc2\xb7 Provide regular feedback on the sales performance of our product, store and display issues, and competitor\xe2\x80\x99s activities to immediate Superior. \xc2\xb7 Support Management Team in conducting distribution audit and Ad Hoc duties as and when required.
