Responsible for sales execution and coordinating the overall aspects of merchandising services to ensure a smooth and successful executions in dedicated outlet.
Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:
Responsible for solving operational issue in the outlet i.e.. home shelves space issue, promotion display set up, OOS, activation etc.
Accountable for 4P\'s execution in outlets and ensure stocks display is follow planogram guideline provided by Trade Marketing and Marketing in focusing on key stores.
Regularly conduct market visit & field audit activation execution and evaluate trade feedback
Achieve targets (KPIs) as allocated by the Sales Manager
Collaborate closely cross-functional team (Trade Marketing, CDP-KA, promoter) to ensure efficient and effective campaigns / activation launched
Maintain strong relationship with store/outlet managers and department managers through regular sales calls
Consult customers regarding product listings, price adjustments, product features and promotion information etc.
Check, monitor and consistently report all competitors\' activities, price and promotions
Job Requirements:
Diploma holder
2-3 years relevant merchandiser experience in leading multinational fast-moving consumer goods companies or alcoholic industry
Excellent command of spoken and written English and conversant in Mandarin and other Chinese dialects.
