Responsibilities:
Negotiation to achieve best display & support.
Monitor stock movement and consider markdown, promotions, price changes, cleare outs etc..
Day to day operational issue support to smoothen the operational task.
Weekly & Monthly review on sales & counter measure including store best practice.
Preparing layout and equipment for new stores opening / renovation.
Check the execution of monthly promotion plan.
Provide sales counter measure as and when necessary.
Store visit to store and checking on the selling floor and backroom condition.
Support on special projects and station in store (3 days in a week) to improved department sales & activity.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced Diploma in any field.
At least 1 year of working experience as merchandiser or equivalent.
Customer focused, strong oral communications with demonstrated ability to lead/influence and a team player.
Ability to manage complex and competing priorities whilst building simple strategies to improve results.
Possess own transport and able to work in selected state
