Job Description
Jobscope: Handle administration and related paperwork flow such as Purchase Orders, backorder data, keeping close tabs on delivery schedules and liaising with relevant parties on delivery commitments Responsible for manage all products data in e-commerce platforms or other relevant platforms To perform QC on Pre-production sample, Shipment sample, and Actual stock Follow up and attend to all matters arising during sampling and production Requirements: Minimum 1 year of working experience in relevant field Self-motivated, a team player with a positive working attitude Strong time management abilities, including planning and prioritizing workloads Location: SHOPLOOOH HQ , Johor Bahru Working hours: Monday-Friday 10am-7pm
