\xe2\x80\xa2 Creating IAP (Initial Allocation Plan) for the incoming items \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse sales to determine buying quantity and do comparison between budget plans by analyse current and seasonal trend and create product development report. Update to Merchandise Planning \xe2\x80\xa2 Create new articles, pre-booking and PO creation, make sure price or promotion online at stores, listing articles in a site, Promotion submission, and Articles maintenance \xe2\x80\xa2 Do filling out assortment planning tools for all categories and analyse size for buying by departments by stores in order to Plan the seasonal collections \xe2\x80\xa2 Choosing the hero products for marketing campaign/poster each month prior to buying submission \xe2\x80\xa2 Adjusting buying quantities for all category against the Open- to- buy budget given by the Brand \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring delivery plan to warehouse and stores, doing follow up on warehouse goods receiving discrepancy including requesting new articles and additional PO creation if needed \xe2\x80\xa2 Recapping shipment details that will be done within near time to control how many product units will be entering our inventory \xe2\x80\xa2 Setting the appropriate retail price point for new arrival items to be submit initial price to R&A (Report & Analysis) team \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan monthly markdown by making comparisons to markdown suggestion from R&A team, and ensure final normal and discounted items composition to generate expected sales and profit margin \xe2\x80\xa2 Creating promotion for each category, ensuring / monitoring product sellthru and executing price reduction, periodical promotion by tracking the promotional calendar for merchandising team to update, updating the date submission to COE. \xe2\x80\xa2 Doing follow up on stores inventory issue included handling defect items, goods receiving discrepancy, and become intermediary between stores and warehouse whenever the issue may appear from warehouse or delivery logistic, or between stores and inventory team to do stock adjustment
