Job Description
- Pleasant personality and ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Passion or interest in technology, electronics products, and retail-related fields.
- Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to effectively showcase products and promote brand identity.
- Create visually engaging displays and product presentations and promotions to attract customer attention and drive brand awareness.
- Ensure that merchandise is displayed in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
- Conduct regular outlet visits to assess merchandising compliance and provide feedback/report on display effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Train outlet staff on merchandising best practices and visual standards as needed.
- Support promotional events such as roadshows, new outlet openings, VIP visits, etc. as required.
- Fulfill any other duties, activities, or responsibilities assigned by management.
