Tanggungjawab

• Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to effectively showcase products and promote brand identity.
• Create visually engaging displays, product presentations and promotions to attract customer attention and drive brand awareness.
• Ensure that merchandise is displayed in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with outlet management and other team members for consistent implementation of merchandising strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels and product availability, coordinating with store personnel to replenishment.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to assess merchandising compliance and report on display effectiveness.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify improvement opportunities.
• Train outlet staff on merchandising best practices and visual standards as necessary.
• Support promotional events such as roadshows, new outlet openings, VIP visits, etc. as required.
• Attend weekly meetings to review performance and strategies.
• Fulfil any other duties or responsibilities assigned by management.
