Identify and pursue new merchant opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to expand the company's merchant base.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential merchant segments and tailor sales strategies to effectively target their specific needs and requirements.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing merchant partners through regular communication, meetings, and business reviews.
Present compelling sales proposals and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of the company's solutions and effectively address merchant concerns and objections.
Negotiate favorable commercial terms with merchants, ensuring profitability and alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Collaborate closely with internal/external teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for merchant partners.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by consistently identifying, qualifying, and closing new merchant deals.
