Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Merchant Success Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the success of our merchant partners by providing exceptional customer service and support. The ideal candidate will be a natural problem solver with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping businesses succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with our merchant partners, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their subscription with us Provide onboarding and training to new merchants, helping them get up and running on our platform quickly and efficiently Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that merchants encounter, working closely with our technical support team as needed. Monitor merchant activity and identify opportunities to improve their experience, proactively offering suggestions and solutions to help them succeed Communicate with merchants regularly, providing updates on new features, upgrades, and other relevant information Collaborate with other teams across the company to ensure seamless service delivery to our merchant partners Monitor and analyze merchant data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and use this information to drive product development and improve the overall merchant experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology or F&B-related industry Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to provide solutions Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to a variety of audiences Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships Knowledge of the F&B industry and technology trends is a plus Experience with POS systems and/or payment processing is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
