Job Scope
Onboard merchants and support the setup of eShops and Points of Interest (POI) information pages on regional marketplace platforms.
Advise merchants on product content optimization, operational arrangements, and best practices.
Conduct daily system health checks to ensure platform stability and smooth operations.
Prepare, update, and maintain operation manuals and workflow documentation.
Handle merchant and user enquiries through instant messaging platforms (e.g., WeChat).
Provide ad-hoc operational support and assist supervisors with assigned tasks.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in following SOPs and managing merchant information.
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
Fast learner with the ability to understand system functions and troubleshoot basic issues.
Responsible, proactive, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Proficient in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), both written and spoken.
Experience in customer service or e-commerce is preferred; fresh graduates with strong learning mindset are welcome.
