Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in requirement analysis, business process review, and on-site implementation of MES projects. Work closely with the Project Manager to follow up on implementation plans, coordinate resources, monitor progress, and ensure project quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met. Provide technical support and maintenance for MES systems after go-live; analyze and troubleshoot issues based on user feedback and drive continuous system improvements. Support system configuration, customization, and integration according to business needs; participate in feature design, testing, and deployment. Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and user guides; track and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle. Work with business and production teams to analyze manufacturing processes (molding, stamping, plating, assembly, etc.) and translate them into MES requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in MES or manufacturing IT system development. Strong knowledge of Java-based web technologies, such as Spring Boot, JSP/Servlets, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, and AJAX. Familiar with PostgreSQL or SQL Server for database design and development, including stored procedures and performance tuning. Understanding of MES-ERP integration, equipment data collection, and related interface development. Familiar with Linux systems and basic administrative commands. Knowledge of manufacturing operations -- production planning, material management, production tracking, and quality management. Experience in at least one MES project implementation. Experience with Pangus-MES or similar MES platforms will be an added advantage

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
