Job Description

"1. Work and lead in a team based, continuous improvement environment 2. Initiate safety, cost, quality and productivity improvements in the manufacturing operations 3. Initiate problem solving and conduct root cause analysis 4. Provide technical support/training to technicians and work teams and serve as technical resource and support to the teams in the department 5.Maintain quality standards within the department 6. Work with shop floor work teams, shop floor leaders, and other departments to ensure the greatest efficiency 7. Implement projects and special assignments as required 8. Lead and direct daily activities of shop floor quality and technicians 9. Other duties and assignment as instructed by the department head from time to time 10. To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure. "
