About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Business Banking

We develop integrated products and services targeted at helping small and medium-sized enterprises across the region progress through different stages of growth. These include innovative solutions and initiatives in areas of working capital loans, operational efficiency and currency exposure.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build training contents, manage and work with external vendors to complement the training infrastructure.
  • Manage the end-to-end training function and training budget; brand and market BB training roadmap to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Organize training for new hires as well as refresher courses for existing staff; conduct sales and leadership programmes and ensure that all staffs are competent
  • Identify and develop new programmes to enhance the core skills of the different job functions
  • Identify line trainers and implement Train-the-Trainer programmes; explore and seek external accreditation of core training programmes
  • Conduct coaching to sales staff and analyse data for improvement via training
Job Requirements
  • Relevant depth of experience in the Retail and SME segment
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Business Banking products and services
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Minimum 5 years sales management experiences
  • Microsoft Office proficiency i.e Power BI, excel dashboard, Powerpoint and SAS knowledge would be an added advantage
