About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Business Banking

We develop integrated products and services targeted at helping small and medium-sized enterprises across the region progress through different stages of growth. These include innovative solutions and initiatives in areas of working capital loans, operational efficiency and currency exposure.

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting Head Of Product, Business Banking (BB) and Head of Bankwide Bancassurance on the development of new Bancassurance products/ initiatives to cater for the SME market.
• Responsible for Business Banking Banca monthly financials and strategy/ initiatives updates.
• Work closely with the Insurance Providers/Takaful operator and Marketing team, on new product launches/ enablers/ initiatives.
• Support the development of product trend and customer propensity. Support analysis of new product opportunities.
• Review and ensure all Product and Marketing Materials and processes are accurate and comply with regulatory requirement
• Collaborate with Sales Distribution Channels to promote Banca Products, Initiatives and Campaigns
• On Going Review on Bancassurance processes and Sales and Operator (SOP).
• Monitor and perform product analysis to ensure alignment with BB Banca strategy Manage product workflow and deliverables on day-to-day.

Job Requirements

• Strong Financial skill & knowledge in Bancassurance business, products and services including relevant rules, regulations and guidelines
• Possesses good presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication skills, able to deal effectively with people at all levels (internal and external)
• Possesses good computer skills such as Microsoft Excel (Pivot) and Power Point Strong analytical skills.
• Able to analyze statistical data and extract relevant information to identify trends and correlation.
• Highly motivated and self-starter. Passion to excel.
