Role Responsibilities Product Manager for unsecured lending business to drive product development and acquisition sales. Responsibilities . To assist the Head of Personal Loan in driving unsecured lending business through digital partnership and portfolio management. Primary responsibility will be on ideation, design, process mapping and support new business growth which including cross sell programs to digital partnership and existing consumer base as well top up and anti-attrition strategy Able to perform data analytics to help business optimize its performance efficiency and maximize profit. Work with credit risk to improve the acquisition approval rate and risk framework policy. Monitor business financial performance (P&L) to ensure sustainable growth Coordination with internal stakeholders including credit, compliance, operations, marketing and service functions to enable the smooth roll out of existing and new portfolio management programs. Conduct market research and analyse customer performance with improvement recommendations. Familiar with local financial regulatory guideline.
