Our Information & Cyber Security (ICS) team sits within the Transformation, Technology & Operations (TTO) function and is responsible for all mission-critical and enterprise-wide areas of cybersecurity, including identity and access management, global threat intelligence, data protection, malware protection, and application and infrastructure security. These are challenges that impact our clients globally.

The successful candidate will be part of the PIM (Privilege Identity Management) hive within the ICS (Information Cyber Security) Portfolio. As a Scrum Master for PIM you will manage projects within Privilege ID Management. The projects can be OneVault migration to Cyberark and Hashicorp or others. You need to support, coordinate and manage the delivery including development, testing and deployment along with various project/BAU teams, testing and governance teams, deployment teams (internal and external), other technical team (such as ServiceNOW ITAM), engineering/SACA, SCM, infrastructure delivery, vendors etc. The role reports to the Head of STS Portfolio Delivery.

\xc2\xb7 Manages projects within Privilege ID Management. The projects can be OneVault migration to Cyberark and Hashicorp or others. Support, coordinate and manage the delivery including development, testing and deployment along with various project/BAU teams, testing and governance teams, deployment teams (internal and external), other technical team (such as ServiceNOW ITAM), engineering/SACA, SCM, infrastructure delivery, vendors.

\xc2\xb7 Drive the delivery of the project from ideation, inception to implementation and production.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate solution implementation, advisory, problem management and change control.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent collaborator with business teams, infra teams, security operations and offers overall guidance and direction.

\xc2\xb7 Provides simple solutions to a variety of complex technical problems.

\xc2\xb7 Support and guidance to others within the team and across the function as needed

\xc2\xb7 Work independently with minimal supervision in order to define and implement complex projects

\xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact at all levels of the organization, from senior executives to technical experts

\xc2\xb7 Support both the programme and its constituent projects by creating and maintaining professional project artefacts.

\xc2\xb7 Check and edit documents for content and accuracy before they are published.

\xc2\xb7 Understand the business value of the projects and the programme, and tell the story of value conferred by means of business papers, presentations, data visualizations, business process diagrams, gantt diagrams, mind maps and other messaging modes.

\xc2\xb7 Create, publish and maintain artefacts to shared and online repositories that you curate. Create, publish and apply metrics that measure the delivery of capabilities across projects and the programme.

\xc2\xb7 Elevate the content and visual appeal of existing artefacts that support the programme and its projects.

\xc2\xb7 Look for and transform tabular data into compelling, decision-inducing and insightful visualizations.

\xc2\xb7 Consume, check, challenge and elevate the content of artefacts that others in the programme create, to ensure fidelity to the story behind the words, numbers and visuals.

Qualifications*

Training, licenses, memberships and certifications

\xc2\xb7 A Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field

\xc2\xb7 10+ years of project management experience with at least 5 years in banking.

\xc2\xb7 Project manager certifications (such as PMP) preferred

\xc2\xb7 Scrum Master (CSM) certification is essential.

\xc2\xb7 Cyber security certifications (such as CISSP and CISM) preferred

\xc2\xb7 Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented, geographically dispersed environment

\xc2\xb7 Competency in communicating effectively in speaking & writing

\xc2\xb7 Experience in IT Security operations, initiatives or programmes, project reporting or service reporting

\xc2\xb7 Banking or similar experience at a Large Corporate preferred

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of structured project management methodologies

\xc2\xb7 Effective leadership and interpersonal and communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Ability to balance short-term expedience and long-term effectiveness

\xc2\xb7 Ability to self-manage and contend effectively with ambiguity

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated credibility with stakeholders and project team members

\xc2\xb7 Possess negotiation, communication, facilitation, efficient decision-making and problem-solving skills

\xc2\xb7 Able to demonstrate awareness of business and organisational sensitivities and reflect this in approaches to communicating change

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in the MS Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project or equivalent

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes
