The Role Responsibilities

The Business Management is a hands-on, results oriented role supporting the Financial Markets Sales COO and COO Management Team activities across all regions.
The Role is well suited to someone from business analyst or consultancy background looking to transition into Financial Markets.

  • Work with Global FM Sales COO Business Management Team on business intelligence to identify and create areas of competitive advantage.
  • Work with Global FM COO Management Team to proactively identify, quantify, prioritise and mitigate operational risks, improve risk controls and maintain focus on operational excellence and sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Depending upon the product and/or experience level of an individual, the Business Management roles may be accountable for all or a subset of the following responsibilities.
  • Support administration of all business activities to run the FM business, sales process and governance.
  • Collaborate with Sales team to understand and correlate prospect and client requirements and business drivers with the appropriate company solution and technology.
  • Support and operate appropriate risk management forums to support business growth.
  • Provide Business Intelligence and Management Information to contribute to business strategic decision making and financials management.
  • Support management communications to persuasively communicate the business opportunities, vision for solutions and key competitive differentiators.
  • Support and shape competitive messaging in the communications, ensure business management and risk controls are effectively run.
  • Assist or lead with prospect and marketing presentations of the bank\xe2\x80\x99s product and solution.
Desired Skills
  • Academic or Professional Education/Qualifications: University educated.
  • 6 plus years of working experience
  • Effective communication skills, written, presentational and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Strong advocate of continuous improvement in quality and delivery of the team
  • Able to communicate and articulate ideas and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders in order to overcome problems.
  • You are comfortable analysing and manipulating data sets. Tableau, Power BI and Excel skills for data to visualisation for storytelling and insights.
  • Strong excel skills are a must, coding skills SQL or Python or VBA would be beneficial.
  • Well versed with Agile principles, Agile certification would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of Financial Markets, FM process supervision and governance, financial crime compliance will be an advantage, but not necessary.
