It\xe2\x80\x99s an opportunity to be part of something special. We are currently looking for experienced Micro Analyst to join our Manufacturing Ulu Kelang office. You will be responsible to perform microbiology tests and prepare testing reports accordance with the Quality and EHS Guidelines/Policies. Other Key Responsibilities:

• Manages the QC Micro-Laboratory and ensures that the Quality system in place at QC Lab and compliance to GMP/GLP, Data Integrity and EHS requirements.
• To provide necessary Quality Control documents to Regulatory for registration of products and raw materials manufactured by Sterling Drug Sdn.Bhd, in Micro-Laboratory functions.
• Requirements are adhered through the following laboratory procedures:- Validate testing methods/process, Standard Operating Procedure, Scheduled Maintenance and Calibration Program & etc.
• Manages the viable environment monitoring & water monitoring for the site, Out of specification procedure.
• To conform to Good Laboratory Practice and quality of its testing services which consistently meet and exceed the contractual demands and expectation of our customer Quality requirements.
• To support other section on microbial test requirement.
• To conduct microbial validation and qualification for process and facilities.
• To conduct internal Level 1 and Level 2 audits and reports to be highlighted based on procedures established.
• Trouble-shoots when there are any microbiology-related problem and recommended solutions.
• Recommends laboratory equipment purchases/coordinate purchase & conduct specification.
• Conduct GMP Training on Micro Awareness for contractors and Site personnel.
• To conduct daily and monthly performance check on balance based on schedule.
• To perform any other task assign by Section Lead or QC Manager.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree of Science (Microbiology)
• Basic knowledge is required to operate Micro Lab and to perform day-to-day micro testing.
• Knowledge in microbiology and validation.
• Thorough knowledge of GMP, GLP, method validation and stability requirements.
• Skilled at report writing.
