Why does this job exist and why is it critical?\xe2\x80\x8bThe Mid-Market Account Manager will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Maxis\' Mid-Market clients in Sabah. This role involves understanding client needs, proposing suitable solutions, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services to drive sales and business growth. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven track record in sales.What are you accountable for?
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market\xe2\x80\x99s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
