  • Develop annual sales plan to improve sales strategies and drive growth in revenue.
  • Identify new market opportunities and points of penetration to increase market share.
  • Manage and lead both sales and distributor teams to achieve sales targets.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in sales / distributor management within FMCG or similar industry.
  • Experienced in Modern Trade | General Trade | On-Premise.
  • Proven sales track record.
