Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain database systems ensuring
security and high availability
.
Set and enforce
database policies, standards, and best practices
.
Assist the application development team in refining
logical and physical data models
.
Monitor and
tune database performance
.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve
database errors and issues
.
Design, manage, and test
database backup and recovery procedures
.
Work across
Linux and Windows environments
to support database operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Extensive experience with:
MS SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MariaDB/MySQL
.
Strong command of
SQL
and DBA tools.
Solid understanding of
database modeling and architecture
.
Familiarity with
scripting tools
(Unix scripts, Windows PowerShell).
Knowledge of programming languages:
Java, .NET, Node.js
is a plus.
Minimum
3 years of experience
working as a DBA.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to
work independently
.
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
