Job Description


  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the migration or education industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Knowledge of migration and education processes, including visa requirements and admission procedures
Responsibilities
  • Providing expert advice to clients on migration and education options, helping them identify the best pathways for their individual needs and goals
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or queries
  • Assisting clients with completing necessary documentation and applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant regulations
