Mill Engineer
Job Description
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Mill Engineer. As a Mill Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our palm oil mills. This includes ensuring the efficient production of palm oil, managing maintenance and repairs, and implementing process improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize mill performance and contribute to our sustainability goals. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Experience in the palm oil industry or similar processing industries is preferred. Strong knowledge of palm oil mill operations and processes. Proficiency in using process control systems and equipment. Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot operational issues. Familiarity with environmental and sustainability practices in the palm oil industry. Chinese speaker preferred
