Aim of the job:

Main responsibilities and activities:

To plan, organize and control the maintenance of plant and equipment and significantly improve the plant performance.
To plan, organize and control the maintenance of plant and equipment and significantly improve the plant performance.
Manage and coordinate of oil mill construction and engineering projects.
Develop and maintain motivated workforce and engineers for sustainable mill operations.
To review and monitor safety measures are practiced in the mill.
To ensure all authorities regulations are adhered.

Requirements:
Basic education and training:

Professional experience:

Knowledge, skills:

Good financial and budgeting skills.
Experience in mill maintenance, machinery installation and design.
Good experience in EHS standard and knowledge of ISO standard and RSPO/MSPO/ISPO.
