Overview of job

Based in Kuala Lumpur, the Affiliate Executive/Senior Affiliate Executive is an integral position within Neo\xe2\x80\x99s Affiliate team, working across clients and affiliates to drive successful campaigns in Asia Pacific. The role will be responsible for managing different markets independently and in a team for our global brands across the whole of Asia Pacific, whilst reporting into the Client Lead and Neo Malaysia representative. The executive will work closely with the Managers from both an operational and strategic standpoint to get up to speed as quickly as possible. We work with some of the world\xe2\x80\x99s biggest retailers, so we are looking for the right candidate to join us to deliver exceptional service levels to these current clients with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Support the accounts management teams on a number of tasks including the following:

• Campaign execution
• Platform management
• Pitch preparation
• Analysis
• Reporting
• Billing

• Develop relationships with both teams, their clients and their partners.
• Have an analytical approach, the team uses detailed reporting and performance metrics to draw insight and make strategic recommendations to clients to optimize their affiliate program
• Pro-actively approach and recruit new publisher partners
• Help the team to build and deliver strategy alongside the clients
• Compiling and presenting results to the client

• Must be fluent in English and an additional Asian language as an added benefit
• No affiliate marketing experience required but a keen interest in digital is a must
• Analytical and numerate, with strong communication skills. The candidate must be comfortable presenting to groups of people including the team and clients
• Strong time management and organizational skillsSeeks ownership and readily accepts accountability
• Ability to develop strong internal and external business relationships
• Positive attitude and a team player ready to be part of the team culture.
