Job Description

Travel to site across Malaysia Assist in monitoring daily operations of all mining and sand washing sites through reports, photos, videos, and updates from site teams. Compile, review, and verify daily production reports, manpower attendance, downtime, and equipment usage submitted by site supervisors. Follow up with sites on operational issues and ensure timely resolution. Maintain and organize documents related to Mining Licence (ML), Operation Mining Scheme (OMS), EIA, safety compliance, and site audits. Assist in preparing documents for authorities, consultants, and internal reviews. Track licence expiry dates, renewal timelines, compliance submissions, and operational permits. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational summaries for management. Travel to mining sites across Malaysia for inspections, verification of reports, and operational assessments. Capture photos/videos and prepare site visit summaries for management. Ad Hoc task by management

Job Requirement

SPM / Diploma in Business, Engineering, Geology, Operations Management, or related field. Basic understanding of mining or heavy industry operations is an advantage. Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills. Able to analyse data, prepare reports, and work with Excel/Google Sheets. Willing to travel occasionally to sites within Malaysia (with transport provided). Able to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
