Assist in developing SOPs for various operational processes within the factory to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Identify training content and develop training plans necessary for executing the processes, ensuring relevant personnel possess the required skills and knowledge.
2. Document Management:
Organize and manage all documents related to processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and facilitate retrieval.
Handle order processing activities, including order receiving, verification, and fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
Assist in managing and supervising recipes to ensure consistency between factory products and recipes.
Manage order processing and invoicing procedures, including order entry, billing, and invoice issuance, to facilitate smooth transactions and accurate financial records.
Prepare reports related to the factory, such as sales and loss reports, providing monthly, quarterly, or annual sales trend analyses to identify reasons for sales growth or decline.
3. Factory Operations and Process Management:
Supervise and optimize factory operations, including production processes and workflow management, to achieve operational excellence and meet quality standards.
Manage inventory assembly processes, including inventory tracking, replenishment, and optimization, to maintain adequate inventory levels and reduce waste.
Assist in designing, implementing, and monitoring processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulations and standards.
Assist in ensuring efficient operation of resources such as equipment and facilities.
Track equipment maintenance regularly.
4. Corporate Sales:
Coordinate corporate sales activities, including customer acquisition, relationship management, and contract negotiations, driving business growth and revenue generation.
Analyze target markets, understand competitors, customer needs, and trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Define sales processes, including lead generation, follow-up, closing, and after-sales service, among other stages.
Develop sales methods and customer management strategies, including customer acquisition, maintenance, and development plans.
Clearly describe product uniqueness, functions, and advantages.
Assist in providing customer quotations, negotiating with customers, and securing orders.
5. Personnel Management:
Manage and support employees, including training.
Lead teams in tasks.
6. Interdepartmental Collaboration:
Encourage departments to work together by improving communication.
7. Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Compliance:
Coordinate with headquarters to establish occupational safety and health regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment for employees.
Maintain necessary document records, including safety training records, risk assessment reports, accident reports, etc., to demonstrate organizational compliance.
Provide necessary personal protective equipment and ensure employees wear and use them correctly to reduce work-related risks.
Ensure safety facilities such as firefighting equipment, safety signs, emergency evacuation routes, etc., comply with DOSH requirements and remain operational.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in industrial engineering or related field (such as manufacturing engineering, food engineering or production management).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a bakery or similar food production environment.
Be familiar with the bread production process and equipment operation, and understand various bread production processes and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills, able to effectively manage production processes and respond to emergencies.
Familiar with food safety and quality management standards such as HACCP, GMP, HALAL, etc., and have the ability to implement relevant standards.
Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively with employees at different levels and coordinate work between departments.
Proficient in using office software and production management systems, with ability in data analysis and report writing.
Leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate team members to achieve production goals.
Strong motivation for continuous improvement and efficiency improvement to drive process optimization.
Prefer candidates who have DOSH experience as the role requires.
