We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Assistant to join our team! You will play a key role in supporting data management, system reporting, and inventory tracking.
Task & Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry and system updates.
Support system management, reporting, and data analysis tasks.
Assist in retail systems operations, including POS and inventory management.
Communicate effectively with team members regarding data issues or updates.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting for business operations.
Maintain organized documentation for auditing and system integrity.
Work collaboratively with different departments to support daily operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
A mature and dynamic individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work on shifts, public holidays, and weekends as required.
Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Bonus Skills:
Knowledge of retail systems such as POS and inventory management.
Experience with SKU management and product categorization.
Understanding of inventory cost, margin, and selling price calculations.
