Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems
Assist with system monitoring, reporting, and basic data analysis
Support retail system operations, including POS and inventory control
Coordinate with team members to resolve data discrepancies or system issues
Prepare timely and accurate reports for operational needs
Maintain proper documentation for audit and system reference
Work with various departments to support daily operational requirements
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any field
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills
Good communication skills, both written and spoken
Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
