1. Helpdesk Support : User Troubleshooting/Support for Hardware/Software/System related matter
o Reporting of hardware issue to Lenovo/Dell and acquiring of parts if needed
o Includes provision of computers, onboarding and offboarding for users
2. Primary O365 Azure Administrator
o Includes creation of new O365 user account, DL, Shared Mailbox, Teams, etc.
o Escalate and work with RHQ O365 team to troubleshoot any issues
3. Primary Network and Firewall administrator
o Includes maintenance of IP Addresses, Network diagram, infrastructure, Firewall in compliance to ISO 27001 standards
4. L2 AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO administrator
o Maintenance of AD, DNS, DHCP services and basic troubleshooting
o Creation and maintenance of Group Policy in compliance to CISO, Security, ISO 27001 requirements
5. Primary License Management administrator
o Maintenance and provision of corporate software licenses like Microsoft, Adobe, Foxit, Anydesk, Lastpass, etc.
6. Secondary Server, VM and Backup Storage administrator
o Includes maintenance of server & NAS hardware, software, backup in compliance to ISO 27001 standards
o Administer and maintain the offsite backup in external data center
o Includes the administration of MIS apps like PDQ, PRTG
7. Secondary Security Officer
o To assist the primary security officer for deep technical requirements and follow up from user that is working remotely.
8. Secondary GRC, GIDM, Rydoo system administrator
o Account creation, assignment of roles, and provision of accounts to user.
9. Secondary Purchasing coordinator for Non-trade IT items
o Acquiring of quotation, creation of PR, follow up from FBS team for cases until payment issue is resolved
10. Secondary PABX system administrator
o Setting up of new user phone extension, and L1 support for user Softphone
o To escalate to RUC if unable to resolve issue
11. Secondary Fixed Asset Management
o Keep track of fixed asset movements, tagging and update to prepare for Finance audits
12. Support for Local Devices & Systems
o 1st Level Support for Scan/Copier machines, Meeting Room Displays, Boardroom equipment, FR Door Access Server & Vending machine
o To escalate to vendor/BU if there is hardware or software related issues.
13. Assist in Projects, System Deployments from local, RHQ, and HQ and other ad hoc tasks
