Job Description
Key areas of responsibility
Supporting IT infrastructure and system troubleshooting. Responsibilities include daily troubleshooting, creating and designing new reports, develop and deploying new applicants. Track and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution. Provide remote support for customers.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with sales, R&D, and product teams to align customer needs. Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, or network issues. Handle escalations from support teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
