Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Lead and guide crew members, ensuring all tasks are completed according to SOP. Provide training, coaching, and support to new and existing staff. Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety at all times. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Monitor staff discipline, attendance, clock in/out, and overall performance. Manage stock levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate replenishment. Ensure accurate cash handling and daily sales reporting. Assist in scheduling staff and arranging duty rosters. Report any issues or irregularities to the Manager promptly. Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Previous experience in F&B or supervisory role is an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
