Mixue is expanding fast, and we're looking for

dedicated and responsible Outlet Supervisors

to lead our team in delivering top-tier service and product quality. As a Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards, and supporting the growth of your outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

Always prioritize

customer satisfaction

- greet every customer with a smile and ensure the best service Lead by example in providing

excellent customer service

and product knowledge Ensure all staff are trained and follow HQ

SOPs

for product preparation and hygiene

Promote products

and support team in upselling and achieving daily sales targets Oversee

opening and closing procedures

stock counts

, and

inventory usage control

Maintain

product quality

, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards Monitor and manage

daily sales performance

, profit margins, and cost control Ensure outlet is well-organized, clean (internal & external), and comfortable for customers Ensure

raw materials and supplies

are always sufficient to support operations Motivate and guide the team to achieve operational excellence

Requirements:

Minimum

1-2 years of experience

in F&B or retail (supervisory experience preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Able to work

shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Responsible, hands-on, and proactive in daily operations Able to manage team performance and delegate tasks effectively Good understanding of inventory and outlet management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
