As an Outlet Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading daily operations, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with the Outlet Manager while guiding and supporting your team on the ground.
What You'll Do
Uphold outlet cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in line with QAQC standards
Manage stock flow -- ordering, receiving, and inventory control
Provide excellent customer service and resolve feedback promptly
Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver great performance
Plan and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs
Monitor outlet sales and service targets, and report results to management
Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs
Handle any additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of experience in F&B, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role
Minimum SPM / Secondary School qualification in any field
Strong communication skills in English and Malay
Energetic leader with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Proactive, responsible, and adaptable in fast-paced settings
Own transport and reliable commuting preferred

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
