Ensure outlet cleanliness, safety, and hygiene meet QAQC standards
Oversee stock management: ordering, receiving, and inventory control
Deliver excellent customer service and handle feedback professionally
Supervise and guide staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Prepare and manage staff schedules according to outlet needs
Coordinate closely with the Outlet Manager on operational matters
Monitor outlet performance to achieve sales and service targets
Prepare and submit reports on performance, inventory, and staffing
Ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role
Minimum SPM / Secondary School qualification in any field
Strong communication skills in both English and Malay (spoken & written)
Proven leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proactive, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferably owns transport and able to commute reliably

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
