Maintain overall outlet cleanliness, safety, and hygiene (QAQC standards).
Oversee stock management, including ordering, receiving, and inventory control.
Deliver excellent customer service and manage feedback effectively.
Supervise and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Prepare and manage staff schedules according to operational needs.
Coordinate and communicate closely with the Outlet Manager.
Monitor outlet performance to achieve sales and service targets.
Prepare and submit reports on performance, inventory, and staffing.
Ensure full compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by management or the Outlet Manager.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role.
Minimum SPM / Secondary School qualification in any field.
Strong communication skills in both English and Malay (spoken and written).
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; proactive and energetic.
Preferably owns transport and able to commute reliably.
