The successful candidate will be part of the CASE (Change, Control Adoption and Onboarding, & Stakeholder Engagement) cluster within the ICS (Information Cyber Security) Portfolio Enablement hive. As a Chapter Lead, you will drive the outcomes of colleagues involved in change communication and stakeholder engagement strategy and activities across our cross-functional squads to deliver on their objectives and key results. Lead the ICS CASE Demand Management function to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank\'s Conduct Principles. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Key stakeholders ICS Leadership Team, ICS CISOs, ICS Portfolio Delivery Team partners (Chief Scrum Masters, Chief Product Owners) Other Responsibilities Managing the delivery pipeline requested by Demand and work closely with the apps and delivery teams to deliver control adoption and onboarding. Identifying and engaging stakeholders, define Responsible / Accountable / Consulted / Informed (RACI) matrix suitable for the delivery. Leading discussions with the supply owners and their stakeholders and delivery teams to identify actions and steps required to achieve business goals and needs. Managing delivery backlog in JIRA and on Excel, establish traceability to business vision and objectives, act as primary SPOC for the Control Adoption & Onboarding product. Ensuring requirements are specified in a manner suitable for the intended audience - understandable and unambiguous. Providing report on delivery status for further communications back to the stakeholders. Obtaining stakeholder buy-in and sign-off on delivery priorities. Stakeholder management with Demand Team, CIO App Teams, CISOs, Control Owners, CIOs and Delivery teams. Adhering to change management standards & procedures, including documenting and capturing all artefacts required by WOW governance. Influencing CASE communication and stakeholder engagement strategy. You will drive the outcomes of the team to deliver on their objectives and key results. You will build and prioritise the product backlog to achieve business goals and manage stakeholder relationships to align expectation, prioritisation and overall product roadmap. Our Ideal Candidate Product knowledge of Information & Cyber Security controls, covering Cyber Security and Perimeter Security. 10 and more years of experience Experience in onboarding security controls to existing applications, e.g. CDOT, CaaS Able to work with control owners and application owners to formulate the control adoption strategy, socialize and agree with key stakeholders and execute the strategy Consolidate all ICS Reporting across all controls Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to negotiate across large organization structures Ability to stay calm and focused when under pressure to deliver a service. Good team player, able to coordinate across multiple teams, and to prioritise the team\'s success ahead of personal success. Willingness to both share existing skills and to learn new skills within a cross-functional team structure, developing T-shaped skills. Able to constructively challenge when appropriate and lead change within the organization.- Reporting on milestones/successes and enabling feedback to facilitate engagement and buy-in. Leadership through example and building the appropriate culture and values. Experience in a global matrix organisation would be an advantage. Demonstrated track record of leading teams to deliver objectives. Previously coached and mentored team members with regular feedback sessions Excellent excel and PowerPoint skills Product Owner or Scrum Master certification is beneficial but not essential. Ways of Working and Product Owner training and coaching will be provided to the successful candidate.
