- At least SPM certification.
- 1-2 years of working experience in retail operations management/related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work on shift including Off Day, Rest Day or Public Holiday
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the receiving section.
- Supervise of the receiving during receiving of merchandise.
- Ensure proper handling / storage of merchandise during receiving.
- To prepare monthly duty roster of the receiver which include scheduling of annual, substitute and extra rest day.
- Responsible for the arrangement of company transportation of merchandise.
- Responsible for the purchase payment and stock control of sales materials and stationery.
- Responsible for stock take preparation.
- To conduct training for the receiving section staffs to upgrade their skill and standard.
- To solve any problems related to receiving.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of receiving office. Storage area and safe keeping of all the documents to receiving.
- Responsible for the discipline of all the receiving section staff which include their attendance, dress code during working hours.
- Responsible for the maintenance of equipment i.e. trolleys, pricing machine etc.
