connect, streamline, and improve processes for construction professionals.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mobile Developer to join our team on a remote

capacity. You'll play a pivotal role in building and delivering our mobile products and further establishing

our mobile development capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to shape the technical direction of our

mobile platform and contribute directly to the success of a rapidly growing startup. You'll be working

closely with the founders in a flat, collaborative environment, and will have significant autonomy in

making key technical decisions.

Responsibilities:

? Mobile Application Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality mobile

applications for iOS and Android platforms.

? Technology Roadmap & Architecture: Evaluate and recommend appropriate cross-platform

development frameworks, contributing to the architectural design of robust and scalable mobile

applications.

? Backend & Environment Integration: Integrate mobile applications with our backend services

and APIs, leveraging cloud services for logging.

? Quality Assurance & Best Practices: Establish and maintain testing environments and

processes, championing coding standards, best practices, and code review processes to ensure

high-quality deliverables.

? Technical Leadership & Decision Making: Proactively identify and address technical

challenges, making pivotal technology-related decisions for our projects.

Requirements:

? Experience: 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.

? Platform Expertise: Proven experience developing and deploying applications with CI/CD

(GitHub, CodeMagic) to both iOS and Android platforms.

? Debug/Monitoring: Experience with app logging, analytic and monitoring solutions.

? Testing: Experience with Flutter testing (unit, widget, integration).

? State Management: Experience with common Flutter state management solutions (e.g.,

Provider, BLoC).

? UI/UX Principles: Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX, translating designs to Flutter, and

custom widget development.

? Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

? Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

? Startup Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

? Tenacity & Ambition: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, overcome challenges, and drive

results.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,950.26 - RM12,164.32 per month
