Role Overview:

As a Mobile App Engineer at Arki, you'll be at the forefront of building our mobile-first digital wealth platform. Flutter will be your primary toolkit to deliver beautiful, performant, and reliable mobile experiences for our users. While Flutter is a must, familiarity with React and Svelte is a plus. This role is perfect for someone passionate about mobile-first design, thrives on creating user-friendly experiences, and enjoys working across the product lifecycle. You'll work closely with our UI/UX teams to bring designs to life and receive immediate feedback from customers to continuously refine the experience.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter. Ensure smooth integration with backend services and APIs. Collaborate closely with designers, UI/UX teams, and product managers to deliver delightful mobile user experiences. Optimize mobile performance, ensuring reliability, responsiveness, and security. Apply best practices in mobile architecture, state management, and testing. Contribute to code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring of peers. Stay up-to-date with the latest in mobile development, Flutter ecosystem, and related frameworks. Occasionally support frontend web development with React or Svelte (nice to have). Incorporate immediate customer feedback to improve and iterate on product features.

About You:

7+ years of experience in software development, ideally more, with at least 5 years of experience in mobile app development Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart. Experience publishing and maintaining apps on iOS and Android app stores. Good understanding of integrating mobile apps with backend APIs. Familiarity with React and/or Svelte is a plus. Solid understanding of mobile app performance optimization, security, and best practices. Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills. Passion for fintech and delivering impactful mobile experiences.
